Sean joined the mortgage industry shortly after arriving in Canada from Ireland in 1991. He started out with a leading international financial services company as a loan and mortgage officer. In late 1995, Sean moved to the mortgage brokering side of the finance industry and has been assisting Canadians with their mortgage financing needs ever since.

Sean’s over 30 years of extensive experience have provided him with a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the many mortgage products in the marketplace today. At his disposal are more than 25 institutional lender partners that offer both 1st and 2nd mortgages. He also has access to a network of private lenders, who also offer 1st and 2nd mortgages, especially for clients who may have a need for funds in a hurry and a power of sale situation for a short period of time.

Sean’s private lenders are sophisticated investors with a long track record of many years of lending experience in the residential mortgage sector. Each of these investors is individually assessed by Sean, a mortgage broker, to fund mortgage financing.
